The Westfeld site in Basel is a showcase project for cooperative living in terms of sustainability. IWB maintains a sophisticated energy concept, which they present in private guided tours. We were able to accompany a group on an exciting tour of the area, from lofty heights next to the solar panels to the basement, where the heat pump and district heating connection were convincing.
