For the flagship event Harmonized Skies 2025 from the Global UTM Association, we were asked to implement the entire video production at Switzerland Innovation Park Zurich. It is always exciting for us to gain insights into innovation and technology projects in the Zurich region.

The challenge this time was clearly in the setup: With a deliberately small, agile team, several formats had to be produced simultaneously, without sacrificing content-related depth or quality.

While the live drone flight between two Zurich hospitals by Matternet was being shown on stage, we took over the integration of the live stream directly from Mission Control into the event. In parallel, we recorded targeted expert interviews, which we later used for several in-depth videos on drones, U-space and autonomous air mobility.

Additionally, we were constantly at the event to capture the atmosphere and various sessions. The combination of live stream, interview setups and classic event documentation required precise planning and efficient workflows on site.

Our approach: a compact, flexible production setup that has enabled us to quickly switch between different requirements while maintaining a consistent visual style. This enabled us to implement three parallel outputs with just two people: live stream integration, interview production and event coverage.

The results are several video formats that not only provide an authentic insight into the event, but also go into depth in terms of content thanks to the expert voices.
